PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Balasore
The Digital Language Lab of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Balasore is a technology-enabled facility that supports students in developing their language, communication and digital skills through interactive and activity-based learning.
The Digital Language Lab is presently functional and being utilised for various digital learning activities. Earlier, the lab was operated and supported by Globus Technology under the applicable service/guarantee arrangement. The guarantee period has now been completed.
At present, the lab is being effectively utilised for creative digital learning activities using Adobe Express. Students use the facility to work on digital projects such as posters, presentations, visual content, educational designs and creative communication projects.
The use of Adobe Express provides students with opportunities to express their ideas creatively while strengthening important 21st-century skills such as creativity, communication, digital literacy, critical thinking and collaboration.
The continued utilisation of the Digital Language Lab reflects the school’s commitment to technology-integrated, experiential and competency-based learning, in line with the vision of PM SHRI Schools and NEP 2020.
