BALA IN BALVATIKA-III AT PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA NO. 1 BALASORE
The BALA (Building as Learning Aid) Project in our Balvatika-III classroom has transformed the learning environment into an engaging and interactive space. Various educational displays are placed on the walls and learning corners to support joyful and activity-based learning. The project includes Days of the Week and Months of the Year charts to help children understand time concepts. Body Parts charts enable them to identify and name different parts of the human body. A colourful Hindi Varnamala display supports early language development, while Numbers from 1 to 10 help children build foundational numeracy skills. Attractive Picture Stories encourage imagination, listening, and speaking skills. Displays of Colours help children recognize and differentiate various colours in their surroundings. Emotion charts enable children to identify and express their feelings appropriately. Action Words with pictures promote vocabulary development and understanding of everyday activities. Charts of Animals, Birds, and Fruits help children learn about nature and their environment. These BALA resources make learning enjoyable, interactive, and meaningful, fostering curiosity, creativity, and holistic development among young learners.
